How your price is calculated
Prices depend on three things: the French CAF family quotient (7 bands, from under 500 to over 1,800), the season (low rate, or high rate at weekends, bank holidays and school holidays) and the apartment you choose.
A night costs from €39.20 for a studio (lowest band, low season) to €163 for a 4-person apartment (full rate, high season). Prices include VAT and end-of-stay cleaning, per apartment, 2 nights minimum. Guests without a French family quotient pay the full rate. Tourist tax is charged per adult. Association membership: €10 per household per year.
VACAF partner residence
Your French family allowance (CAF) holiday aid is deducted directly from the price.
