When you book, you tell us your needs: mobility, hearing, visual or cognitive. Your stay is prepared accordingly, from the apartment to the welcome on site. We are working towards the French Tourisme & Handicap label for all four disabilities, and going further than it requires.

Seven price bands based on your French CAF family quotient, from €39.20 to €163 per night per apartment, cleaning included. VACAF partner: CAF holiday aid is deducted directly. ANCV Chèques-Vacances accepted. Guests without a French family quotient pay the standard rate.
The association
A former holiday village coming back to life
L'Ourson du Lys, a non-profit association recognised as a social enterprise (ESUS), is restoring this building in the Lys valley, empty since 2013. Families, seniors, seasonal workers, people with disabilities: everyone pays according to their means and shares the same pool, the same view and the same welcome.

Where is the residence?
At 42 Plan de Lys, 31110 Castillon-de-Larboust, Haute-Garonne (Occitanie, France), in the Lys valley, 10 minutes from Bagnères-de-Luchon and the Superbagnères ski resort, in the heart of the Pyrenees.
When does the residence open?
In November 2027 with nine apartments, then twenty apartments from 2028. It is open all year round.
What accommodation do you offer?
From 2-person studios to 4-person apartments: 2-person studio, premium 2-person studio, 3-person double studio, 3-person apartment (2 adults and 1 child, with a mezzanine child’s bed), 4-person apartment (2 adults and up to 2 children, bunk beds) and a wheelchair-accessible ground-floor apartment for 3.
How much does a stay cost?
Prices depend on the French CAF family quotient (7 bands) and the season. A night costs from €39.20 for a studio (lowest band, low season) to €163 for a 4-person apartment (full rate, high season), per apartment, cleaning included, 2 nights minimum. Without a French family quotient, the full rate applies.
